GENDER RIGHTS AND JUSTICE

Gender Justice involves a systemic dismantling of all harmful structures and norms and redistribution of power, opportunities and access for all women, girls, men and boys. Through our Gender Rights and Justice programme, we seek to identify and understand gender issues and barriers facing women in socioeconomic, and political spheres, with particular priority on women in leadership positions in both public and private spheres, as well as those in conflict-ridden areas. We aim to address these issues by documenting women’s stories and bringing visibility to women’s work, celebrating women’s impacts in intricate ways, conducting research on gender issues, conducting advocacy to promote women’s rights, and organising sensitisation campaigns and trainings for women.
