WOMEN IN POLITICS, PARLIAMENT AND PUBLIC SERVICE 

Our programme on Women in Politics, Parliament and Public Service (W3P) looks at the key issues around women in positions of power. It seeks to improve understanding of how women engage power. The programme will involve creating a conversation series between older women and younger ones, in order to enable the young ones learn from the lessons and experiences of these women in leadership positions. The W3P programme will also involve gender analysis of the composition of public institutions such as electoral management bodies, and the impact that women leaders have had on such institutions.
