Formed in 2019, the Initiative for Research, Innovation and Advocacy in Development (IRIAD) is an independent, not-for-profit, non-governmental research, innovation and advocacy organization, committed to citizens’ active participation in governance, gender justice and the democratic development of Nigeria. IRIAD is committed to strengthening democratic governance by promoting public accountability and enhancing capabilities of governance institutions and citizens to be effective.
