IRIAD works to prevent and respond to sexual and gender-based violence through research, advocacy, public education, capacity building, documentation and policy engagement with accountability bearers, institutions, communities and other stakeholders. IRIAD promotes stronger prevention, protection, survivor support and accountability systems while challenging harmful norms and practices, contributing to safer communities where women and girls can live free from violence.
