Sexual and Gender-Based Violence (SGBV) is not just a personal tragedy. It is a pandemic, a national crisis and a serious violation of human rights.

Thousands of women and girls still face SGBV. Many are denied justice because of stigma, fear, and weak accountability. Countless others never report at all.

BUT SGBV IS NOT INEVITABLE. IT IS PREVENTABLE. Everyone deserves to live free from violence, fear, and abuse.

WHAT CAN WE DO?
1. Speak out against all forms of SGBV
2. Believe and support survivors with empathy, dignity, and respect
3. Report and link survivors to medical, legal, and psychosocial help
4. Challenge norms that normalize violence and discrimination
5. Advocate for stronger laws and timely justice

Ending SGBV is a shared responsibility. Together we can prevent violence, protect survivors, and build a safer, more inclusive Nigeria and Africa where everyone lives with dignity, equity, and justice.

BREAK THE SILENCE. END THE VIOLENCE. PROTECT RIGHTS. PROMOTE TRUE JUSTICE.
