On August 10th, 2024, IRIAD, in collaboration with Transition Monitoring Group and supported by Plan International, organized an Organisational Development (OD) Training for women in senior management roles within NGOs. The training focused on equipping participants with skills to build and sustain visionary organizations by balancing core values with progress. Key topics included strategic planning, organizational culture, and leadership. The event highlighted IRIAD’s commitment to empowering women leaders in the NGO sector, ensuring they have the tools to lead with vision and purpose.
